02 — How It Works
A teacher arrives at their classroom and taps their phone on our tag-scanner. When they leave, they tap again. Less than one second per tap — no apps to open, no waiting for WiFi, no fumbling with cards. The system already knows the phone, and it already knows the teacher.
The teacher walks into their classroom and taps their phone on the tag-scanner mounted at the door. The system instantly registers their presence with the room number and exact time.
When the teacher leaves the classroom, they tap once more. The system records the exit time and automatically calculates total work duration — every minute, perfectly logged.
If a teacher needs to work from home or off-site, they check in by taking a quick photo through our DOS mobile app. The system captures geolocation automatically — administration sees exactly where work began, with timestamp and visual confirmation.
School directors can register staff present manually through the dashboard — covering exceptions, broken phones, or special situations. Every manual entry is logged with the director's name for full accountability.
